Job summary

Christian Dior Couture in New York City seeks an Assistant Manager to partner with the Boutique Director in daily store leadership and to ensure the highest level of customer service in line with Dior standards.

The role emphasizes maximizing sales, coaching the sales team, managing openings/closes, and safeguarding stock. The candidate will lead training, oversee inventory and POS compliance, and develop client relationships while supporting merchandising and promotions.

Qualifications

• At least 5+ years of retail experience, preferably with at least 1 year of management, in a luxury product setting.

Responsibilities

• Maximize sales and minimize stock losses.
• Open and close the boutique.
• Coach, staff, schedule, merchandize, and complete inventory.
• Ensure policies and procedures are followed to achieve results.
• Provide outstanding service to customers and drive loyalty.
• Coordinate displays and merchandising with brand guidelines.
• Lead store team meetings and training on selling skills.
