Cadillac Hotel & Beach Club in Miami Beach, FL, seeks a dynamic Beverage Director to oversee all beverage operations across multiple outlets. You will lead program development, wine and cocktail strategy, budgeting, and inventory while maintaining exceptional guest experiences in a luxury environment.

You will mentor a high-performing team, collaborate with culinary leadership on pairings and events, and drive revenue through innovative programs and premium service standards.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of progressive beverage management in luxury hotel/restaurant settings.
• Professional sommelier experience required with wine list development.
• Strong financial skills including beverage costing, inventory, budgeting and P&L analysis.

Responsabilités

• Lead beverage program development across all outlets (restaurants, bars, pool, in-room dining, banquets).
• Oversee wine program development, including wine lists and pairings.
• Manage beverage cost, inventory, and procurement in collaboration with Purchasing.
• Develop and execute high-volume, premium beverage experiences and seasonal menus.
• Lead, train, and develop beverage team across outlets.
• Partner with Marketing on activations and luxury beverage events.
