Job summary

Standard Hotels in Miami is seeking a Beverage Manager to lead beverage operations across multiple bars and outlets, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, quality, and financial performance.

You will mentor bar managers, bartenders, and service teams, develop signature programs, and partner with Culinary leadership on pairings and promotions. This hands-on role requires leadership, creativity, and a focus on cost control, inventory, and compliance with regulations.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of progressive beverage management experience.
• Experience overseeing multiple bars/outlets in a luxury/hospitality setting.
• Strong knowledge of spirits, cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Experience with beverage costing, inventory control, purchasing, and financial analysis.
• Advanced beverage certifications or education are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of all hotel bars and beverage outlets.
• Develop and maintain beverage programs, recipes, and cost controls.
• Lead beverage leadership and staff development across outlets.
• Collaborate with Culinary leadership for pairings and promotions.
• Ensure compliance with alcohol service laws and safety standards.
• Monitor beverage revenue, costs, and profitability.
