Job summary

Riviera Dining Group seeks an experienced Bartender to deliver exceptional beverage and guest experiences in a fast-paced luxury setting in Miami Beach. You will guide guests through the bar experience, execute a world-class cocktail program, and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hospitality.

You will manage knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer, provide personalized service, and work collaboratively with the team to ensure flawless service from opening to the final pour.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of experience in a high-volume, upscale restaurant or recognized cocktail bar/lounge preferred.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Professional demeanor with a strong focus on hospitality and guest experience.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Bartender maintains strong knowledge of all food and beverage menus, including ingredients, preparation methods, and pairing recommendations.
• Beverage service professional provides attentive, personalized service by anticipating guest needs and guiding the dining experience from start to finish.
• Beverage server follows all service standards, policies, and sanitation regulations to ensure a safe, compliant, and elevated guest environment.
• Bartender completes opening and ongoing side work, ensuring stations are fully prepared, stocked, and organized for service.
• Bartender handles products, equipment, and service tools properly to maintain quality, safety, and efficiency.
• Collaborating with team members and management to support smooth service flow and resolve issues promptly is very important as a beverage service professional
• Communicate guest feedback, product concerns, or operational needs to leadership in a timely manner
