Job summary

Davidson Hospitality Group seeks a dynamic Beverage Director to lead and deliver high-end beverage programs across multiple outlets, including pool, beach, dining, and banquets. You will own menu development, cost control, and guest experiences in a luxury setting along with staff leadership.

Ideal candidates bring 5–7 years of beverage leadership in luxury hotels, strong sommelier credentials, and deep knowledge of international wines, especially Italian wines.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of progressive beverage management experience, with senior leadership exposure.
• Luxury hotel, upscale restaurant, resort or multi-outlet hospitality experience.
• Professional sommelier experience including wine list development and staff education.
• Strong knowledge of international wines, especially Italian wines; CMS/WSET preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of spirits, modern mixology, and house-made ingredients.
• Experience with pre-batched cocktails, centralized production, and high-volume operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee distinctive beverage programs across all outlets.
• Lead wine program development, service standards, and staff education on wine.
• Establish standardized beverage recipes, batch methods, and inventory controls.
• Coordinate centralized beverage production with culinary and bar teams.
• Monitor beverage revenue, cost of sales, pricing, and profitability.
• Develop supplier partnerships and beverage marketing initiatives.
• Lead, train, and develop bartenders and beverage staff across outlets.
