The Standard Spa, Miami Beach, is seeking a Beverage Manager to lead beverage operations across multiple bars and outlets. You will shape the program, cost controls, and staff performance to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Ideal candidates bring 3–5+ years in luxury/hotel beverage management, with strong knowledge of cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages, plus staffing and vendor management expertise.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of progressive beverage management experience in luxury or high-volume hotel environments.
• Experience overseeing multiple bars, outlets, or beverage concepts.
• Knowledge of spirits, cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Experience with beverage costing, inventory control, purchasing, and financial analysis.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop a diverse hospitality team.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily beverage operations across all hotel bars and beverage outlets.
• Develop standardized recipes, specifications, costing, and presentation standards.
• Develop seasonal and signature cocktail programs that align with the hotel’s positioning and guest expectations.
• Take ownership of beverage revenue, cost of sales, and profitability across all outlets.
• Lead training and development for beverage leadership and service teams.
• Collaborate with Culinary leadership on beverage pairings and menu offerings.
• Oversee events and large-scale beverage operations.
• Ensure compliance with responsible alcohol service and safety standards.
