Job summary

The Cooper in Kentucky is seeking a part-time Bellperson to be the first and last impression for our guests. You will warmly greet guests, assist with luggage, escort guests to rooms, and discreetly deliver messages and items while upholding luxury service standards.

Ideal candidates bring experience in a luxury hotel or customer service, excellent communication, a polished appearance, and strong knowledge of local attractions. Fluency in English is required, and additional languages are a plus.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Knowledge of hotel property, local attractions, and transportation options.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly on arrival and departure with courtesy.
• Assist with luggage handling during check-in/check-out.
• Escort guests to rooms and explain room features.
• Deliver messages, packages, or room service items discreetly.
• Coordinate guest transportation and assist with group arrivals and events.
• Report guest concerns, lost items, or maintenance issues to supervisor.
