Qualifications

• Experience in luxury hotel or high-end customer service preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Polished appearance and professional demeanor.
• Knowledge of hotel property, local attractions, and transportation options.
• Clear written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
• Ability to remain calm and courteous with demanding guests.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly on arrival and departure.
• Assist guests with luggage handling during check-in and check-out.
• Escort guests to rooms and explain features.
• Deliver messages, packages, or room service items discreetly.
• Maintain lobby and bell desk cleanliness and organization.
• Coordinate guest transportation needs (taxi, valet, hotel vehicles).
• Provide directions and local information to guests.
• Assist with group arrivals, departures, and event logistics.
• Handle guest requests such as couriers, item storage, or locating belongings.
• Report guest concerns or maintenance issues to supervisor.
