Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure in a professional manner.
• Assist guests with luggage handling during check-in and check-out.
• Escort guests to rooms and explain features and hotel services.
• Deliver messages, packages, or room service items discreetly and efficiently.
• Coordinate guest transportation needs including taxis, valet, and vehicles.
• Maintain lobby and bell desk cleanliness and organization.
• Report guest concerns or maintenance issues to supervision.
