Qualifications

• Luxury hotel experience required.
• Ability to stand for full shifts.
• Customer service oriented with multitasking.
• Effective communication with guests and staff.
• Knowledge of local attractions.
• Flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Must be 21 years old; valid FL Driver License.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and move up to 200 pounds.
• Fluent English written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with luggage and transport as needed.
• Direct guests to the Front Desk or meeting rooms.
• Call taxis and shuttles for guests.
• Maintain a daily bell log and inventory keys/equipment.
• Provide personalized guest interactions and upsell services.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance for guest satisfaction.
• Train new bell staff on procedures and safety.
• Maintain lobby presence during shifts and ensure safety.
