Beemok Hospitality Holdings LLC is seeking a polished PM Bellperson to be the first and last impression for guests in our luxury Charleston property. You will assist with luggage, escort guests to rooms, and ensure seamless service with discretion and attention to detail.

In this role you will greet guests on arrival and departure, coordinate with valet and doorman teams, handle inquiries, and help with event logistics as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury hotel or customer service preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure.
• Assist guests with luggage handling during check-in and check-out.
• Escort guests to rooms and explain room features and hotel services.
• Deliver messages, packages, or items to guest rooms discreetly.
• Maintain lobby and bell desk area cleanliness and organization.
• Coordinate guest transportation needs including taxis, valet, and hotel vehicles.
• Provide directions and local information to guests and assist with inquiries.
• Assist with group arrivals, departures, and event logistics.
• Handle guest requests such as storing items and locating belongings.
