Job summary

PERG online is seeking a Bellperson to deliver exceptional guest service and build strong guest relationships. The role involves assisting guests with luggage, coordinating with Front Desk, and guiding guests to destinations with a warm, professional demeanor.

Responsibilities include supervising bell staff, maintaining the bell closet, and coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure guest satisfaction. Flexibility to work busy periods, nights, weekends, and holidays is expected.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Previous luxury hotel experience is required.
• Ability to stand for the entire scheduled shift.
• Excellent customer service and organizational skills.
• Clear, concise written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Maintain bell carts and assist with guest luggage.
• Engage guests with friendly, appropriate expressions.
