Job summary

You will assist guests with luggage, coordinate with Front Desk, and support other hotel teams, requiring excellent communication, a polished appearance, and the ability to work flexible hours in a fast-paced luxury environment.

Qualifications

• Previous luxury hotel experience required.
• Ability to stand for entire shift.
• Customer service oriented with multi-tasking and detail orientation.
• Effective communication with guests and colleagues.
• Knowledge of local area attractions.
• Flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Strong problem-solving with a friendly demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Maintain bell carts by cleaning and routine maintenance, coordinating with Engineering when needed.
• Engage guests with friendly expressions and service.
• Supervise bell staff and ensure duties are performed efficiently.
• Assist in making reservations for restaurants and limousines for guests.
• Deliver parcels, mail and special deliveries to guestrooms.
• Keep bell storage closet clean and organized.
• Address guest complaints and follow up to resolve issues.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance for guest satisfaction.
• Utilize bell carts safely and effectively.
• Maintain Lobby Presence during shifts.
• Direct guests to Front Desk or meeting rooms.
• Call taxis or shuttles for guests as needed.
• Assist, retrieve, and load luggage for guests.
• Notify Front Desk of VIP arrivals whenever possible.
• Engage in conversation with guests to enhance their stay.
• Escort guests to destinations when feasible.
• Train new bell staff on procedures and protocols.
