• Deliver parcels and special deliveries to guestrooms.
• Direct guests to Front Desk or meeting rooms.
• Call taxis or shuttles for guests.
• Trains new bell staff on procedures.
• Maintain daily bell log and shift notes.
• Notify VIP arrivals to Front Desk.
