Job summary

Concord Hospitality Enterprises seeks a courteous Bellperson to warmly welcome guests from arrival to departure and to deliver outstanding service throughout their stay.

You will assist with luggage, transportation, and general requests, escort guests to rooms, and provide local information to enhance the guest experience. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Valid Drivers License required
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with organizational skills to manage guest belongings
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with luggage, transportation, and general requests
• Transport guests to the airport and valet their cars when requested
• Escort guests to accommodations, inspect rooms, and respond to needs promptly
• Organize and store luggage securely in designated areas
• Provide accurate information about hotel services, local attractions, and city events
• Maintain a professional, welcoming presence in guest reception areas
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support guest satisfaction
