Neiman Marcus is seeking a Beauty Advisor to deliver exceptional customer service, build client relationships, and drive sales at a luxury cosmetics counter in New Jersey. You will work under the Cosmetics Selling Manager, participate in in-house training, and support pre-booked facial consultations and events.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience, preferably cosmetics.
• Proven sales experience, ability to meet/exceed quotas.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with minimal supervision.
• Experience using online clienteling tools and proprietary software.
• Attention to detail and proactive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and build client relationships.
• Drive personal and vendor line sales and event sales goals.
• Maintain a merchandised counter and close sales.
• Record client data using the clienteling system to grow the business.
