Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year retail experience, preferably in cosmetics or customer-focused environment.
• Proven track record of sales and meeting quotas.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting with minimal supervision.
• Able to learn and use online clienteling tools and Neiman Marcus proprietary systems.
• Attention to detail, initiative, and positive attitude.
• Ability to work independently to drive business results.
• Demonstrate professional makeup consultation and application skills.

Responsibilities

• Model all Neiman Marcus Principles (Greet, Relate, Exceed, Attend and Thank).
• Focus on achieving and exceeding individual and vendor line sales goals and events.
• Maintain high level of customer service and develop customer relationships as the brand expert.
• Maintain a positive image as liaison between Neiman Marcus and your Account Executive.
• Utilize online clienteling resource to record client information and preferences.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience from approach to closing the sale and follow-up.
• Maintain counter standards, cleanliness and welcoming selling area.
