Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year retail experience.
• Proven sales record with quota attainment.

• Ability to learn Neiman Marcus clienteling tools.
• Attention to detail and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Model Neiman Marcus Principles: Greet, Relate, Exceed, Attend, and Thank.
• Focus on achieving individual and vendor sales goals and events.
• Provide outstanding customer service and build strong relationships.
• Maintain a positive image as liaison between store and Account Executive.
• Record client information using clienteling tools to drive business.
• Close sales with professional makeup consultations and follow-up.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming counter and selling area.
