Job summary

Neiman Marcus is seeking a Beauty Advisor to deliver outstanding customer service, build client relationships, and drive cosmetics sales. You will manage a well‑merchandised counter, participate in in‑house training and events, and utilize clienteling systems to grow your personal business while aligning with store goals.

Requirements include at least 1 year in retail, preferably cosmetics, proven sales success, and the ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year retail experience, preferably in cosmetics or customer-focused environment.
• Proven sales experience and quota attainment.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced team setting with minimal supervision.
• Familiarity with Neiman Marcus clienteling tools and software.
• Attention to detail and proactive, positive work attitude.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively to drive business.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and build relationships to drive product sales.
• Meet and exceed individual and vendor sales goals and events.
• Maintain a welcoming, well-merchandised counter and professional image.
• Utilize clienteling tools to record client information and preferences.
