Job summary

Neiman Marcus in Short Hills is seeking a Beauty Advisor for cosmetics who will deliver outstanding customer service, build client relationships, and drive sales while representing the brand at a counter with proper merchandising and training support. You will focus on in-house training, facial consultation events, and closing sales using clienteling tools.

This role emphasizes proactive client engagement and upscale service.

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year retail experience, preferably in a cosmetics environment.
Demonstrated sales experience, exceeding quota.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with minimal supervision.
Ability to learn and utilize online clienteling tools and software.
Attention to detail, initiative, and a positive working attitude.
Ability to work with others, as well as independently to drive business.
Demonstrate sound business judgment and organizational ability.
Demonstrate professional makeup consultation and application.
