Utilizing Saks Fifth Avenue's clienteling system, you will nurture client relationships, aim for sales excellence, and contribute to a premium customer experience across a luxury brand.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year retail experience, preferably in cosmetics.
• Proven sales ability with quota achievement.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Familiarity with online clienteling tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and build customer relationships.
• Drive individual and vendor line sales and achieve department goals.
• Maintain a properly merchandised counter and close retail sales.
• Utilize clienteling system to record and maintain client information and preferences.
• Collaborate with Account Executive and other team members to establish Saks Fifth Avenue accounts.
