Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year retail experience, preferably in cosmetics.
• Demonstrated sales success, exceeding quota.
• Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to learn and use Saks clienteling tools and proprietary software.
• Attention to detail and proactive work attitude.
• Ability to work well with others and independently drive business.
• Professional makeup consultation and application knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Model Saks Fifth Avenue Principles (Greet, Relate, Exceed, Attend, Thank).
• Aim for individual and vendor sales goals, event sales, and monthly targets.
• Maintain high level of customer service and develop client relationships.
• Serve as liaison between Saks Fifth Avenue and Account Executive.
• Use clienteling tools to record client preferences and drive business.
• Provide exceptional customer experience from approach to closing the sale.
• Keep counter clean, welcoming, and well merchandised.
