Neiman Marcus in the United States is seeking a Beauty Advisor to deliver outstanding customer service, drive cosmetics sales, and build lasting client relationships. Working under the Cosmetics Selling Manager, you will maintain a well-merchandised counter and participate in in-house training and events to grow your business.

You will use Neiman Marcus's clienteling system to record preferences, close sales, and represent the brand with a polished appearance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year retail experience, preferably in cosmetics environment.
• Proven successful sales experience, exceeding quota.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with minimal supervision.
• Ability to learn and utilize online clienteling tools and software.

Responsibilities

• Model Neiman Marcus Principles (Greet, Relate, Exceed, Attend and Thank).
• Focus on achieving and exceeding sales goals for self and vendor lines.
• Maintain a high level of customer service and develop customer relationships as the brand expert.
• Serve as a liaison between Neiman Marcus and the Account Executive.
• Use clienteling tools to record client information and preferences to drive business.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience from approach to closing the sale and follow-up.
• Maintain counter standards with a clean, tidy, welcoming selling area.
