Job summary

Neiman Marcus in Newport Beach is seeking a Beauty Advisor to deliver outstanding customer service, build relationships, and drive cosmetics sales as a brand ambassador.

You will work under the Cosmetics Selling Manager, participate in training programs, host in-store events, and maintain a properly merchandised counter while using clienteling tools to grow your personal business and achieve department goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year retail experience.
• Proven sales experience, exceeding quotas.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Ability to learn and utilize online clienteling tools and software.
• Attention to detail, initiative, and positive attitude.
• Ability to work with others and independently to grow the business.
• Demonstrate professional makeup and treatment consultation skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and drive sales while upholding brand standards.
