Neiman Marcus is seeking a Beauty Advisor to deliver exceptional service, grow individual and vendor line sales, build client relationships, and manage a merchandised counter. You will train through in-house programs, participate in facial consultations, and close sales while leveraging the clienteling system to grow your own business.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year retail experience; cosmetics environment preferred.
• Proven sales track record with quota achievement.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting with minimal supervision.
• Learn and use online clienteling tools proprietary to Neiman Marcus.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to drive business independently.
• Ability to perform professional makeup and treatment consultations.
