Job summary

Saks Fifth Avenue is seeking a Beauty Advisor for Puig to deliver exceptional customer experiences at the counter. The role focuses on building client relationships, driving personal and vendor sales, and supporting in-house training and facial consultation events.

Responsibilities include leveraging Saks clienteling to grow your business, maintaining counter standards, and partnering with your Account Executive to exceed sales goals. Prior experience in cosmetics is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year retail experience in a customer-focused environment.
• Proven sales success and quota achievement.
• Strong teamwork and ability to multitask with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to learn and use Saks clienteling tools and software.
• Attention to detail and proactive work attitude.
• Able to work independently to drive business.

Responsibilities

• Model Saks Fifth Avenue Principles in daily customer interactions.
• Aim to exceed individual and vendor sales goals and event targets.
• Maintain excellent customer relationships and represent the brand at counter.
• Collaborate with Account Executive and use clienteling systems to drive sales.
• Ensure the selling area is clean, welcoming, and well merchandised.
