Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year retail experience, preferably in cosmetics.
• Proven sales experience, exceeding quota.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, team environment with multi-tasking.
• Learn and use online clienteling tools and software used by Neiman Marcus.
• Attention to detail, initiative, positive work ethic.
• Ability to collaborate and also work independently to drive business.
• Demonstrate professional makeup and treatment consultation and application.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and model Neiman Marcus Principles: Greet, Relate, Exceed, Attend, Thank.
• Aim to achieve and exceed individual, vendor line, and event sales goals.
• Maintain high level of customer service and cultivate relationships as the brand expert.Act as liaison between Neiman Marcus and Account Executive.
• Record and maintain client information in the clienteling system to drive sales.
• Provide exceptional customer experience from approach to closing the sale and follow-up.
• Keep counter standards clean, tidy, and welcoming for customers.
