Exemplar Luxury Group in the United States seeks a Beauty Advisor to deliver exceptional luxury customer service and drive personal and vendor line sales at the cosmetics counter. You will build relationships, manage client profiles, and close retail sales while maintaining counter appearance and contributing to in-house training and events.

Under direction of the Cosmetics Selling Manager, you will leverage clienteling tools to record preferences, exceed sales goals, and uphold Neiman Marcus

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury cosmetic retail environments preferred.
• Ability to meet and exceed sales quotas in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong customer service skills and relationship-building abilities.
• Comfort with using clienteling tools and company software.
