Exemplar Luxury Group’s Neiman Marcus division seeks a Beauty Advisor to deliver exceptional customer service, grow personal and vendor line sales, and maintain a premium counter presentation. You will build strong client relationships, use clienteling tools, and drive in-house events and facial consultations to create repeat business.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in retail, a track record of meeting sales targets, and comfort working in a fast-paced team.

Formación

• 1 year retail experience or more, customer focused.
• Proven sales experience with quota achievement.
• Strong teamwork in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn Neiman Marcus clienteling tools.

Responsabilidades

• Provide outstanding customer service and build relationships.
