Neiman Marcus is seeking a Beauty Advisor to deliver exceptional service at the cosmetics counter, building relationships with clients and driving sales for Trish McEvoy. The role emphasizes in-house training, pre-booked facial events, and maintaining an engaging, product-accurate counter.

You will use clienteling tools to record client preferences, close sales, and contribute to a premium in-store experience for every guest who visits the counter.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year retail experience, preferably in cosmetics or customer-focused environment.
• Proven sales experience with quota achievement.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced team setting.
• Willingness to learn and use clienteling software.

Responsibilities

• Greet, relate, exceed, attend and thank customers to drive loyalty.
• Focus on achieving individual and vendor line sales goals and event sales.
• Maintain counter standards, merchandize products, and provide expert makeup consults.
• Build customer relationships using clienteling to close sales and drive repeat visits.
• Collaborate with team and Account Executive to maintain brand standards.
