Job summary
Neiman Marcus in Newport Beach is seeking a Beauty Advisor to deliver outstanding customer service, grow personal sales, and build lasting client relationships at the cosmetics counter. You will train, participate in pre-booked events, and maintain an inviting, well-merchandised counter while closing sales using our clienteling system.
The role requires at least 1 year of retail experience, a proven sales record, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced team.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail experience, preferably in cosmetics.
- Proven sales experience and ability to meet quotas.
- Able to multitask in a fast-paced, team-based environment.
- Learn and use online clienteling tools and software.
- Maintain professional makeup and treatment consultation.
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service and drive individual and vendor sales.
- Establish and maintain customer relationships and client profiles.
- Work with the team and Account Executive to meet goals.
- Train, participate in events, and maintain a well-merchandised counter.
- Close retail sales with a focus on customer experience and follow-up.
