Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year retail experience required.
• Demonstrated successful sales experience, exceeding quota.

• Detail-oriented, proactive, and positive attitude.
• Ability to work independently to drive business.

Responsibilities

• Aim to meet and exceed individual, vendor sales, and event goals.
• Maintain high level of customer service and develop strong client relationships.
• Act as liaison between Neiman Marcus and Account Executive.
• Use clienteling tools to record and maintain client information and preferences.
• Provide exceptional customer experience from approach to close and follow-up.
• Keep counter clean, organized, and welcoming.
