Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year retail experience, preferably in cosmetics.
• Demonstrated success in sales, exceeding quota.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Ability to learn and utilize Neiman Marcus clienteling tools and software.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and positive.
• Ability to work independently to drive business.
• Demonstrate professional makeup consultation and application.

Responsibilities

• Model all Neiman Marcus Principles (Greet, Relate, Exceed, Attend and Thank).
• Focus on achieving and exceeding individual and vendor line sales goals, event sales goals, and department daily monthly sales goals.
• Maintain a high level of customer service and develop customer relationships as the brand expert.
• Maintain a positive image as a liaison between Neiman Marcus and your Account Executive.
• Use clienteling tools to record and maintain client information to drive your business.
• Focus on providing an exceptional customer experience from approach to closing the sale.
• Maintain counter standards with a clean, welcoming selling area.
