Qualifications

• Requires more than two years of post-high school education.
• Experience of 1–2 years in a related banqueting/ catering role.
• Knowledge of HEI banquet/catering services and SOPs.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.

Responsabilités

• Supervise daily banquet operations and staff to ensure quality service.
• Coordinate with customers on event orders and changes.
• Monitor setup, food & beverage service, and sanitation.
• Oversee payroll, budgeting, and cost control for events.
