The Joseph, a Luxury Collection Hotel in Nashville, seeks an experienced Banquet Manager to lead our banquet operations and deliver elevated event experiences. You will oversee weddings, corporate functions, galas, and private dining with a hands-on leadership approach and a focus on flawless execution.

Ideal candidates have a proven track record in luxury hospitality, strong attention to detail, and the ability to coach a high-performing, guest-focused team.

Formación

• Minimum of 3 years of banquet, catering, or food & beverage management in luxury settings.
• Experience supervising banquet teams and executing large-scale events, weddings, and corporate functions.
• Familiarity with Forbes Travel Guide service standards and Marriott Luxury Collection expectations is highly preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily banquet operations from setup through breakdown.
• Coordinate weddings, corporate functions, galas, and private dining events.
• Review BEOs, contracts, timelines, and diagrams to meet all requirements.
• Lead banquet team members including captains, servers, and on-call staff.
• Ensure service standards align with luxury hospitality and brand expectations.
• Maintain cost controls and staffing in line with budgets.
