Job summary

The Joseph Hotel - Nashville is seeking an experienced Banquet Manager to lead our banquet operations and deliver extraordinary event experiences in a luxury hotel setting. You will oversee weddings, corporate functions, galas, and private dining, coordinating with Catering, Sales, Culinary, and Stewarding teams to ensure flawless execution and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of banquet, catering, or food and beverage management experience.
• Experience supervising banquet teams and executing large-scale events.
• Familiarity with Forbes Travel Guide service standards and Marriott Luxury Collection expectations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of daily banquet operations from setup to breakdown.
• Coordinate weddings, corporate functions, meetings, galas, and private dinners.
• Review BEOs, event contracts, timelines, diagrams, and special requests.
• Lead and develop banquet team members, including captains, servers, bartenders, and on-call staff.
• Ensure service standards align with luxury brand expectations and guest satisfaction.
