White Lodging is seeking an Event Operations Manager for the Nashville Marriott at Vanderbilt University. You will lead banquet operations, coordinate event staff, and work closely with sales and culinary teams to ensure flawless events and guest satisfaction.

Role emphasizes strong leadership, organization, and knowledge of hotel operations, with opportunities to mentor staff and optimize service delivery in a premier venue.

Formación

• Demonstrated leadership and team coaching abilities.

• Solid knowledge of hotel operations, including F&B, events, and AV.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with sales and head chef to deliver exceptional events.
• Plan layouts, oversee venue setup, ensure proper table/layer arrangement.
• Coordinate staffing needs and create work schedules for banquet staff.
• Oversee service of meals and beverages, from seating to clearing.
• Manage liquor/soft drink availability and regulatory compliance.
• Lead, coach, and train team to maintain operational excellence.
