Job summary

The Joseph, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Nashville, seeks a polished Front Desk Supervisor to lead the Front Office team and uphold luxury standards. You will guide Guest Service Agents, ensure seamless arrivals and departures, and maintain extraordinary hospitality in a fast-paced environment.

In this role you will mentor staff, manage VIP arrivals and guest preferences, and collaborate with Housekeeping, Concierge, and other departments to deliver memorable experiences for every guest in

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years of Front Desk or Guest Services experience in a hotel.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience strongly preferred.
• Luxury hotel or upscale hospitality experience preferred.
• Experience with Marriott, Luxury Collection properties is a plus.
• Familiarity with Forbes Travel Guide service standards is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily Front Desk operations to ensure seamless guest arrivals, departures, and overall guest satisfaction.
• Deliver personalized, anticipatory service and welcome guests with warmth and professionalism.
• Oversee check-in/check-out processes and guest requests with discretion and care.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, Concierge, Bell Services, and other departments.
• Lead, train, and develop Front Desk team members to maintain service excellence.
