Job summary

The Joseph invites guests to experience luxury hospitality in Nashville. We seek an experienced Banquet Manager to lead banquet operations, coordinate weddings, corporate events, and private dining experiences with a hands-on leadership style and meticulous attention to detail.

You will drive flawless event execution, oversee staffing, budgeting, and equipment, and collaborate with Catering, Sales, Culinary, and Stewarding teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of banquet, catering, or F&B management experience in luxury hotels or upscale environments.
• Experience supervising banquet teams and executing large-scale events, weddings, and corporate functions.
• Knowledge of banquet service styles, setup requirements, and refined hospitality standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily banquet operations from setup to breakdown.
• Coordinate weddings, corporate functions, galas, and private dining events.
• Review BEOs, contracts, timelines, diagrams, and ensure requirements are met.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Catering, Sales, Culinary, Stewarding, and F&B teams.
• Conduct pre-event briefings and communicate service expectations and responsibilities.
