Job summary

Group 1 Automotive, Jaguar Land Rover Albuquerque, is seeking a motivated Automotive Service Advisor to join our service team. You will be the face of the service department, delivering an exceptional ownership experience for luxury customers and driving satisfaction through proactive communication and accurate maintenance guidance.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, building relationships and ensuring timely repairs while staying current on product offerings and service standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Demonstrated exceptional customer service and relationship-building.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities; goal-driven.

Responsibilities

• Deliver premium customer experience from check-in to service completion.
• Schedule, confirm, and prepare customer appointments.
• Greet customers warmly and professionally on arrival.
• Conduct vehicle walk-arounds and identify maintenance needs.
• Review inspections and present service recommendations with clarity.
• Prepare detailed repair orders with costs and estimates.
• Communicate with technicians, parts staff, and customers to ensure timely repairs.
• Provide proactive updates and follow-up after service.
• Build lasting relationships to drive loyalty.
