The CAR Group (Norm Reeves Dealerships) in Irvine, CA, is seeking a results-driven Sales Consultant for Genesis Irvine, a luxury brand. You will build relationships, showcase vehicles, and guide clients through the purchase journey with a focus on exceptional service.

This full-time on-site role offers uncapped commission with earnings up to $150,000+ and a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, 401k, and more.

Core Responsibilities

• Build meaningful relationships with clients to understand their lifestyle, preferences, and automotive needs.
• Deliver an exceptional luxury experience by showcasing the craftsmanship, innovation, and performance of Genesis vehicles.
• Conduct immersive test drives and tailored vehicle demonstrations that highlight the premium features and refined driving experience Genesis is known for.
• Guide clients seamlessly through the purchase journey, including vehicle selection, financing options, and delivery.
• Collaborate with a high-performing sales team to exceed goals while maintaining a first-class customer experience.
• Stay informed on Genesis products, luxury market trends, and competitor offerings to position the brand with confidence and sophistication.
• Foster long-term client relationships through exceptional service before, during, and after the sale.

What You'll Need

• Automotive Sales experience preferred
• A professional, polished, and customer-focused approach
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Valid sales license or the ability to obtain one.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
