Job summary

Holman in Princeton, NJ is seeking a Product Genius to educate customers on BMW features, assist with demonstrations and deliveries, and support the sales team through the customer journey. You will explain navigation, Bluetooth, settings, and maintenance, ensuring a seamless handoff to service, while maintaining current BMW product knowledge.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience preferred.
• Strong enthusiasm for BMW, automotive technology, and customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, professional, and team-oriented.
• Ability to learn and clearly explain vehicle features and technology.
• Valid driver’s license with a strong driving record.
• Luxury brand, product, or marketing experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on BMW products, features, and technology.
• Assist with vehicle demonstrations, test drives, and deliveries.
• Explain features including navigation, Bluetooth, personal settings, warranty, roadside assistance, and maintenance.
• Support Sales Consultants throughout the customer experience.
• Ensure vehicles are prepared for a seamless delivery.
• Follow up with customers after purchase to answer questions and ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of BMW products and technology.
• Introduce customers to the Service team and assist with initial service needs.
