Job summary

Twin Cities Performance is seeking a Service Support Coordinator to assist the service department with vehicle intake, presentation, detailing coordination, CRM tasks, and ensuring vehicles meet high standards before delivery.

The role supports Service Advisors and Brand Advisors, with opportunities for growth into more senior service roles within the Ferrari brand. Requires driving various vehicles and good organizational skills.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 6 months to 1 year in automotive detailing, service support, luxury hospitality, dealership operations, valet, or customer service.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate vehicle movement throughout the service department and dealership.
• Safely drive and park customer and inventory vehicles, including manual transmissions.
• Assist with vehicle preparation, detailing coordination, quality checks and final delivery presentation.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards for client vehicles and service areas.
• Support CRM follow-up activities and customer communication tracking.
• Coordinate courtesy vehicle scheduling and utilization.
• Provide coverage for Service Advisors and Brand Advisors as needed.
• Assist with warranty and repair order administration.
• Return vehicles to clients reflecting Ferrari's standards.
