Job summary

Porsche Minneapolis, part of Lithia & Driveway, seeks a Service Advisor to be the primary link between customers and our service team. You will welcome clients, identify maintenance needs, and clearly explain repairs and costs to deliver the high-touch Porsche ownership experience.

This onsite role is Monday–Friday, 9:30 AM–6:00 PM with rotating Saturdays. Compensation includes a guaranteed base plus commission, typically $60,000–$70,000, along with a broad benefits package and ongoing brand

Qualifications

• 1+ years of automotive Service Advisor experience; luxury or high‑line dealership experience.
• 1+ years of experience managing customer service or repair orders within a dealership service environment.
• 0-1+ years of experience with CDK and MyKarma
• Experience communicating automotive maintenance and repair recommendations, timelines, and costs to customers.
• Experience with dealership service systems, repair order documentation, and customer follow‑up.
• Working knowledge of automotive maintenance, repair processes, warranty, and manufacturer‑recommended services.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and identify vehicle maintenance, repair, and performance needs.
• Provide professional service recommendations while explaining repairs, maintenance timelines, and costs.
• Coordinate with Porsche-trained technicians for accurate diagnosis and repair.
• Create detailed repair orders and maintain customer and vehicle service documentation.
• Maintain proactive communication with clients throughout the repair process.
• Review warranty coverage, maintenance plans, and available repair options with clients.
• Manage service experience from check‑in to final delivery, ensuring transparent charges.
• Build lasting client relationships through follow-up and personalized service.
• Support customer satisfaction, retention, and service department performance goals.
• Stay current on Porsche vehicles, technology, maintenance, warranty programs, and processes.
