Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Service Advisor, preferably with luxury or high-performance brands.
• Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain complex technical issues simply.
• Ability to document diagnostics and repair details accurately and manage multiple repair orders.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and be their dedicated contact throughout the service process.
• Document symptoms accurately and capture repair requests for technicians.
• Explain maintenance and repair recommendations clearly to clients.
• Prepare repair orders, estimates, and invoices with transparency.
• Coordinate with technicians and parts to ensure timely service.
• Provide regular status updates from drop-off to delivery.
• Review work with clients at delivery and address any concerns.
• Build lasting client relationships to support retention.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Porsche vehicles and service campaigns.
