Qualifications

• 1+ year of service advisor, hospitality, or guest-facing sales experience preferred.
• Porsche or European luxury brand service experience a strong plus.
• Clear, composed communicator with honesty and follow-through.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for guests throughout the service process—from write-up through vehicle return.
• Translate repair findings into clear guest communication to earn authorization.
• Build precise estimates and commit to timelines.
• Coordinate with technicians and parts to keep repair workflows moving.
• Identify and present additional service recommendations for guest safety and vehicle performance.
• Deliver a Porsche-standard guest experience to keep owners returning.
• Maintain accurate records in the DMS and ensure compliance.
