Sunset Porsche Audi Beaverton is seeking a motivated Service Advisor to act as the trusted liaison between clients and our service department, delivering world-class care for Porsche owners in Beaverton.

You will greet clients, document symptoms, explain repairs, prepare estimates, and coordinate with technicians while building lasting relationships. A 2–3 year luxury-brand service advisory background and strong communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience as a Service Advisor for luxury brands.
• Excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to explain complex issues.
• Experience with dealership management systems (DMS) and CRM.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients in a professional, welcoming manner and serve as their dedicated point of contact throughout the service process.
• Listen to customer concerns, accurately document vehicle symptoms, and ensure repair requests are captured clearly for technician diagnosis.
• Explain vehicle maintenance and repair recommendations clearly to clients.
• Prepare accurate repair orders, estimates, and invoices.
• Coordinate with technicians and parts department to ensure efficient workflow and timely parts availability.
• Provide regular status updates to clients from drop-off to delivery.
• Review completed work with clients at delivery and address any concerns.
• Develop lasting client relationships to build trust and loyalty.
• Maintain knowledge of Porsche vehicles, services, and manufacturer standards.
• Participate in Porsche training and professional development.
