Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience as a Service Advisor in luxury or high‑performance brands.
• Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to explain complex issues.
• Organizational excellence and attention to detail in handling multiple repair orders.
• Proficiency with dealership management systems and CRM tools.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients professionally and be their contact throughout the service process.
• Document vehicle symptoms accurately and capture repair requests clearly.
• Explain maintenance and repair recommendations in clear terms.
• Prepare accurate repair orders, estimates, and invoices.
• Coordinate with technicians and parts to ensure timely service.
• Provide regular status updates from drop‑off to delivery.
• Review work with clients at delivery and address concerns.
• Develop lasting client relationships to support retention.
• Maintain knowledge of Porsche vehicles, services, and standards.
• Participate in Porsche training to enhance knowledge and service skills.
