Dimmitt Automotive Group is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor to be the primary liaison for service and repairs, coordinating between guests and technicians to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, 3–5 years of luxury-brand dealership experience, and a clean driving record. Strong communication and customer-service skills are essential; ASE certification is a plus and a positive, team-focused attitude is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• 3-5 years of luxury brand dealership experience preferred
• GM and CDK experience preferred
• Broad scope of automotive mechanical/electrical knowledge
• Pleasant/friendly demeanor and an outgoing personality
• Excellent communication, customer service, and problem solving skills, including the ability to maintain composure under stress
• Unrestricted driver's license and clean driving record
• Basic computer and internet skills

Responsibilities

• Schedules service for guests either in person or on the phone to ensure a prompt and accurate diagnosis of any problems
• Makes repair recommendations and manages delivery of repairs by setting and managing customer expectations
• Ensures that required documentation is complete and is in compliance with regulations and standards
• Complies with and enforces all safety policies and procedures
• Welcomes each guest with a prompt and enthusiastic greeting
• Personally refers guests with complaints that cannot be satisfied at the service advisor level to the service manager
