Dimmitt Automotive Group in Saint Petersburg, FL is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor to be the primary liaison for guests and technicians, coordinating service and repairs with a focus on world-class customer service.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, 3–5 years in a luxury brand dealership, GM/CDK experience, and a clean driving record. ASE certification is a plus and a positive, professional attitude is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 3-5 years of luxury brand dealership experience preferred.
• GM and CDK experience preferred.
• Broad scope of automotive mechanical/electrical knowledge.
• Pleasant/friendly demeanor and an outgoing personality.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and problem solving skills, including the ability to maintain composure under stress.
• Unrestricted driver's license and clean driving record.
• Basic computer and internet skills.

Responsabilités

• Schedules service for guests in person or by phone to ensure prompt, accurate diagnosis.
• Makes repair recommendations and manages delivery by setting customer expectations.
• Ensures documentation is complete and complies with regulations and standards.
• Follows safety policies and procedures at all times.
• Welcomes guests with a prompt and enthusiastic greeting.
• Refs guests with unresolved issues to the service manager.
